Kanon

This anime had been in my watch list for a while now, but due to lack of time I had to postpone it. Yesterday I was able to watch this anime. And I am glad that I watched it.

It is one of those animes where you have to give it enough time to warm up. This is a total emotional anime, sad to say this, but the lack of emotional changes in the protagonist is a let down. Apart from that this anime scores in all aspects for being a great anime. This anime is a 24 episodes runner which could have been cut short to 15 episodes. So considerably there is a lag at beginning. But after that the anime picks up pace and smoothly recites the story.

The story begins with Aizawa Yuuichi coming to stay with his cousin. As a child he often visited, but something drastic happened during one of those visits and that kept away him for 7 long years to visit his cousin and the memories of those times simply are gone with out a trace. The story progresses with Yuuichi's gradual recovery of memories due to influence of several young girls, all whom are connected to his past.

Recommended for those who love romance genera and expect some emotional twists.
